Refund policy
At Elevair, we offer a 90-day return policy — meaning you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt will also be required.
To start a return, reach out to us at Elevairmore@gmail.com. Please note that once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the specific return address to send your package to.
Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days — no reason required. As with all returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
